The Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand has some wonderful ideas we can all use as reminders to look after ourselves. Research has found that by incorporating five specific types of actions into each day we support our own wellness. They have posters and other merchandise which may be useful to put up in a staffroom (or on the fridge at home) as a gentle reminder. Check it out here.
